I specialise in sourcing and selling fine quality collectible arms and armour. In some cases careful restoration may have to be undertaken, but never at the cost of originality. If a client requires a particular item to enhance a collection I will undertake to find that required item and supply it however big or small. I am only too happy to view individual items or collections to give my clients an idea of current value on the open market or to offer reasonable prices for rapid purchases. The Imperial Meeting was a great success. Mixed weather with a journey around the M25 which got close to pant packing! Its one of the only times I have been on a motorway where everybody slowed down voluntarily! - because the sky was emptying six months of rain on the carriageway in just a few short minutes! The word “aquaplaning” was forefront in my mind to say the least! Anyway, after the weather calmed down and with a few showers overnight and on Saturday it eventually turned real nice. Had some very interesting chats with like minded individuals and when we had put the world to rights I parted with a couple of nice pieces. Watching the weapons I have personally imported into the UK from the states set out on their British shooting career is like sending your children out for the first time or watching them leave home. The quality of these weapons has been well received - with a sigh of relief from collectors who are getting close to the end of their tethers in their search for such things. Remember though, as one or two of them said “you get what you pay for …and you have to pay for quality”
